About the Role

As a Content Moderator, you are responsible for reviewing and assessing content published on digital platforms. You work according to clear guidelines to ensure that content complies with the platform's rules and policies.

The role requires strong concentration skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to make objective decisions based on established criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review user-generated content
• Identify content that violates platform guidelines
• Make decisions on appropriate actions in accordance with current policies
• Handle reported content and user cases
• Detect patterns and potential risks
• Work with internal tools and systems
• Ensure high quality and accuracy in daily tasks

Please note that some types of content may be sensitive or unpleasant to review. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable working with material that can sometimes be challenging.

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish
• Has good knowledge of English
• Is detail-oriented and meticulous
• Has strong analytical skills
• Can make independent decisions based on guidelines
• Is responsible and professional
• Thrives in an international environment

Previous experience in customer service, administration, compliance, moderation, quality assurance, or similar areas is an advantage but not a requirement.
