With us, you have the world's most fun side job that gives you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to sports activities, as well as gaining experience and qualifications to work with leadership and groups.

Playing, having fun, and spreading joy to the children. It can hardly get more fun! The job is also perfect to combine with studies or other jobs.

At Fotbollskul, you get the opportunity to introduce football as a sport to a lovely group of children between 2–6 years old in a playful way. Our hope is that the children will get inspired to continue sports, and your leadership plays a big role in this.

💥 We are looking for you who:

• 👉 Love working with children
• 👉 Are joyful, playful, and engaged
• 👉 Have football experience or general ball game experience from other ball sports
• 👉 Have experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, alternatively have a long sports background and been a leader for children in some other context (e.g., preschool, school, childcare)

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

🎯 You should also have the goal of constantly working so that all participants feel satisfied when they leave every Fotbollskul session.

🎯 You will lead the children and their parents through various exercises inspired by football and ball games, developed by Active Academy's sports pedagogues, in a playful and engaged manner.

🎯 We work from a ready-made session plan, meaning all exercises and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you get the chance to focus all your attention on spreading wonderful movement joy! We focus on ball play, ball courts, shooting, and passing.

Before starting work with us, you will participate in our leadership meeting where we train you in our specific concept.

📅 Employment Terms

• Hourly employment
• The work takes place during autumn 2026, starting week 36.
• Sessions are scheduled on Sundays between 10:00–11:00 at Öresundsgymnasiet (formerly Dammhagsskolan) gymnasium hall.
• Approx. 1–2 hours/week.
