About the RoleAs an Underwriter at Mysafety, you will have a central and broad role in strengthening the company's risk assessment, pricing, and portfolio management. You will work closely with the business and product development, providing analyses that help ensure that Mysafety's insurance solutions are relevant, competitive, and long-term sustainable.
You will work closely with several parts of the organization, including product, partner department, and finance, and be involved in the entire chain from analysis to decision and implementation. Mysafety is a company with strong momentum and a clear growth trajectory, giving you the opportunity to influence both working methods, business decisions, and future insurance solutions. This is a role for you who want to take full responsibility, contribute with analytical sharpness, and be a key internal player in a company where your expertise will have a significant impact.
Responsibilities:
Conduct qualified risk assessments and portfolio analyses.
Work with pricing, modeling, and portfolio optimization.
Analyze loss experience and behavioral patterns to strengthen customer value and profitability.
Prepare decision support materials that contribute to business development and concrete decisions.
Support the team in the development of new products and the further development of existing offerings.
Develop guidelines, processes, and working methods within the insurance business.
We are looking for you who combine broad insurance experience with high analytical precision and strong business acumen. You are meticulous, structured, and confident in working with complex information, while also having the ability to translate analysis into clear and useful decision support. As a person, you have high integrity, a professional approach, and thrive in a role where you can contribute both expertise and business perspective.
Additionally, you have:
Several years of experience in underwriting, risk analysis, and qualified analytical work within insurance.
Experience from several different insurance areas, preferably both traditional and specialized segments.
Strong numerical ability and habit of working with complex data sets.
Good understanding of actuarial principles and how they are applied in practice.
Ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear, pedagogical, and business-like manner.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Start: According to agreement.
Location: Stockholm, Vasastan with possibility of hybrid work 1-2 days per week.
Employment: Full-time.
Salary: According to agreement.
