We are now looking for an engaged and responsible personal assistant for a 30-year-old client with autism and epilepsy. The work involves providing support in daily life with a strong focus on safety, structure, and respect. The client lives close to the kitchen area. About the Position As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in the client's daily life – both at home and during day activities. The work is performed with double assistance and requires good teamwork skills. Responsibilities

• Support during meals, hygiene, and care (including diaper changing)
• Handling and administration of medication (via pill dispenser)
• Communication using visual aids and symbols
• Support in activities during day activities
• Interpret the surroundings and create safety during transitions between different tasks
• Ensure a calm and adapted environment regarding sound, light, and structure
• Participate in and contribute to a meaningful and stimulating daily life

• All work should be carried out at a calm pace with good foresight
• Communication is continuous – always talk to the client and include him
• Use visual aids before and during different tasks
• Adjust light and sound to reduce the risk of epileptic seizures
• The client needs to change sitting position regularly (max approx. 40 minutes at a time)
• Follow clear routines regarding hygiene, medication, and meals
• Create a safe, structured, and respectful environment

• Are calm, sensitive, and responsible
• Have an understanding of autism and epilepsy (experience is an advantage)
• Are structured and can work with clear routines
• Have good teamwork skills
• Feel confident working closely with a person with extensive needs
• Speak and understand Swedish well (requirement)
