About the Company

Upgraded primarily mediates consultants within IT. The company was founded in 2010 and is currently present in 5 locations with approximately 30 employees. Upgraded mediates consultants to companies and organizations in both the private and public sectors.

At the office in Stockholm, there is a social and engaged culture where collaboration, clear goals, and community are important parts of everyday life. Here, you will become part of a rapidly growing company where things move fast, but structure, self-leadership, and ambition are crucial for success.

We at Asta Agency collaborate with Upgraded in this recruitment process. The process takes place through Asta, and you will then be employed directly by Upgraded.

About the Role

As a consultant mediator at Upgraded, you will have a central role in matching the right consultants to some of Sweden's most prominent public clients. You will work on assignments within the framework of the company's framework agreements and ensure that processes comply with procurement regulations, contracts, and laws, including LOU (the Public Procurement Act).

The role involves close collaboration with clients, suppliers, consultants, and internal functions such as finance, administration, and coordination. You will have ongoing dialogue with, for example, buyers, CEOs, consulting managers, and suppliers, where you need to be clear, professional, and business-minded. A key part of the role is understanding the client's needs, analyzing requirements, quality-assuring documentation, and ensuring that the right candidate is presented within set timeframes.

You will also work in and contribute to the development of Upgraded's consultant portal. The role suits you if you thrive with freedom under responsibility, clear processes, and a job where speed, precision, and relationship building are important success factors.

Examples of tasks:

  • Identify and match consultants to assignments in the public sector.
  • Analyze client needs and requirements with high precision.
  • Nurture and develop relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Support clients in creating requests for proposals and managing consultants in the consultant portal.
  • Ensure that framework agreements, regulations, and guidelines are followed.
  • Handle price negotiations, terms, and administrative follow-up.
  • Work towards clear goals related to requests, presentations, interviews, and deals.
  • Contribute to developing working methods, processes, and quality in delivery.
Qualifications and Characteristics

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you are structured, precise, and communicative. You enjoy having many contact points and have a natural ability to build trust in dialogue with both clients and suppliers. At the same time, you have integrity and understand the importance of being clear about what applies within the framework of contracts, regulations, and processes.

You are self-reliant and responsible, with the ability to plan and prioritize your work even when several parallel processes are ongoing simultaneously. The role suits you if you are motivated by clear goals, enjoy working close to business operations, and want to contribute to a growing company. You are social, non-hierarchical, and thrive in a team where community, energy, and results go hand in hand.

Additionally, you have:

  • Experience in a consultative role, for example within staffing, recruitment, consultant mediation, or supplier management.
  • Good ability to create and develop relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultants, preferably from the public sector.
  • Experience in administrative work requiring structure, quality, and follow-up.
  • Ability to work towards deadlines and deliver with high precision.
  • A business-minded approach and understanding of both client needs and supplier dialogues.
  • Experience working in digital systems, platforms, or portals.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
Other Information
  • Start: According to agreement.
  • Location: Central Stockholm.
  • Scope: Full-time.
  • Salary: According to agreement.

We apply continuous selection in this process, which means the position may be filled before the advertisement is removed. We therefore recommend that you apply as soon as possible!
