About the role

As a casual staff member at Pysslingen Preschools, you will work in children's groups with children aged 1–5. The need may cover both short-term absences and longer-term assignments if required. This offers the opportunity for flexible work where your availability dictates your schedule.

Your duties include conducting activities both indoors and outdoors, as well as relieving permanent educators with practical tasks.

If employed as a casual staff member, you must be able to step in as a substitute with short notice when permanent staff are absent. Therefore, you must be responsible and highly flexible, as the job requires you to quickly adapt to new environments. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language and be able to collaborate and work independently within a team, contributing to a well-functioning operation together with your colleagues.

• Has a high school diploma or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Has good teamwork skills
• Believes every meeting is significant
• Is curious and research-oriented
• Wants to learn together with the children
• Is attentive and respectful
• Keeps the mission and the children in focus

It is an advantage if you have a degree as a preschool assistant and/or previous experience working in a preschool.

Employment type

The position is a fixed-term casual employment with an hourly wage.

Hours as needed.

Start date by agreement.
