The Social Services Department is responsible for providing support, care, and assistance to people at different stages of life. We work based on the individual's needs and offer interventions based on several laws, including the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act on Support and Service for Certain Persons with Functional Impairments (LSS), and the Health and Medical Services Act.

This can involve giving older people a secure and meaningful everyday life, supporting people with disabilities, or being there for children, young people, and adults in vulnerable life situations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to contribute to people maintaining their health and quality of life? As an employee within the Social Services Department, you will work with great responsibility and freedom in a role where you make a real difference for individuals' health and independence.

As an employee in the Preventive Unit, you work to increase the knowledge of employees within the Social Services Department. You work on the development of care and support to create the best possible conditions for an independent life for people within our operations.

You play an important role in developing person-centered approaches and collaborate closely with other professions both within and outside your own organization. The work is independent, but takes place in close collaboration with colleagues and other actors.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a salutogenic perspective and thrive working independently while having very good collaboration skills. You are structured, communicative, and confident in your professional role. Additionally, you have very good communication skills.

You have:

• A bachelor's degree in health care, social work, or another suitable field
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing
