We are currently looking for you who want to become part of our lovely team this summer and work as a personal assistant in Falkenberg and surrounding areas!

What does the job as a personal assistant entail?

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a disability. There, you help with everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as dressing, household chores, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help make another person's daily life function.

We have customers of different ages and with various disabilities. Your workplace is wherever the customer is, and the job is both varied and eventful. We believe that contributing every day to enable a person to live their life as they wish is the most important job in the world.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are engaged, respectful, and responsive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekend. Some of our positions also require night work.
• have experience in care and elderly care. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).
• be at least 18 years old.

Other information

Employment type: Summer temporary position

Scope: Full-time, part-time, or hourly employment

Start date: June, July, and August 2026

We offer individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

In the event of employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
