We are looking for a Personal Assistant for a position that offers the opportunity for a fulfilling day and finding fun things to do together with me.

If you have experience working as a personal assistant, or with autism or low-affective interaction, it is a merit but not decisive. What is important is that you have the right qualities for the profession and that you can be empathetic, orderly, able to plan and take initiative, while also having a great deal of humor and warmth. You have great respect for everyone's right to live their life, and you see that your work makes this possible. The days are very varied in the work with me.

I am looking for you who:

There are days with many activities, but also times when your role is to prevent and handle frustrations and problem-creating situations. Therefore, it is important to constantly be interested in my well-being and to be adaptable in the different environments where I am. Sometimes you need to take a step back and wait. But often you need to be active in motivating me to various activities.

I am looking for you who want to work on a fixed roster for a long-term sick leave substitute, with a work time of approx. 75%, including every other weekend. I am looking for both women and men of different ages.

I have a diagnosis within the autism spectrum and an intellectual disability. I have a great need for supervision, and need support and help with most things in my daily life. I am an active guy who likes to go out for activities, and you work where I am. Therefore, it is a requirement that you have a driver's license and access to your own car to transport yourself to work and to drive my private car during work.

There is a dog in the household, so you cannot be allergic or afraid of dogs.

You need to be able to be positive and happy; offering yourself can be the key to solving difficult situations that arise at work.

During working hours, you need to avoid strong scents, be non-smoking, and be able to keep your private mobile phone turned off.

We place greater emphasis on your personal suitability and good chemistry than on previous experience in the profession. We provide training.

Working hours and conditions:

• Each shift is a 24-hour day shift, alternating between 10-10 hour shifts and 6 hours of on-call duty.
• Fill in extra during sick leave and vacation.
• Start immediately.
• Always double assistance.
