About the Position

As a Family Home Secretary, you work with recruitment, education, supervision, and support for our foster homes. In connection with our work towards the goal of a coherent care chain for placed children, you will also, in relevant cases, investigate and identify suitable HVB (Hem för vård och boende - Home for Care and Housing), as well as contact families and contact persons.

The work with foster homes, HVB, contact persons, and contact families is varied and stimulating. It also requires the ability to provide flexible and creative solutions with the best interests of the child in focus. You will be part of a team consisting of the unit manager, senior social secretary, family home secretary, social secretary, and school coordinator.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who have a degree in social work, supervision training, and training in BBIC, "A Home to Grow In". Requirements include a solution-focused approach and current experience of authority exercise according to the Social Services Act.

You need to enjoy that the day does not always go as planned. You must be flexible and appreciate a varied job. Longer travels also occur in the position. You are solution-focused, engaged, and have good collaboration skills with colleagues both internally at the workplace and with external partners.

You have current work experience in the social services' work with children and young people and good knowledge of current legislation.

Training in systems theory and Signs of Safety is meritorious.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Category B driver's license. Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
