I am a woman with a great interest in plants, planting, and gardening, and I have Arab heritage. Due to a neurological illness, I need personal assistance during the day and evening. I need help with all practical aspects of daily life as well as household chores. I use an electric wheelchair both indoors and outdoors, and sometimes a manual wheelchair where I need help being pushed. What can a day look like? A typical day starts with me getting ready for work. I work as a teacher, so the assistance also includes accompanying me to school. At home, you help me with cooking and other household chores. In my free time, I enjoy planting and gardening. On weekends, I appreciate swimming and spending time with my family, often around shared dinners. About you: I am looking for you who are a secure, sensitive, and responsible woman. If you also have a sense of humor, I see that as a big plus. It is an advantage if you have a driver's license and can cycle, so that we can make excursions with my car or bicycle. Experience in personal assistance or service is desirable, but not a requirement. If you speak both Swedish and Arabic, it is an extra plus as I speak Arabic at home and Swedish at work. But it is not a requirement. Job setup 70% position with varying day and evening shifts. Work shifts are scheduled on weekdays at 06:45-15:00 or 16:00. Evening shifts are 16:30-20:30 or alternatively 17:30-21:15. The start date for the 70% schedule is August 15th. However, employment begins immediately so that you have the opportunity to work alongside the main schedule and do occasional shifts during the summer.
