Parkskolan is a two-parallel school for grades F–5 (preschool to grade 5) with approximately 230 students, centrally located in Aneby. This autumn, we will expand our operations to include grade 6, which means two additional classes and a student body of approximately 270.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you, a qualified preschool teacher/resource pedagogue with an interest and competence to teach in adapted primary school and assess using criteria for assessment of knowledge/grade criteria.

This autumn 2026, Parkskolan needs a new employee for our adapted primary school operation, primarily focused on subject areas. If you are looking for a job with the opportunity for time and space to work closely with each student individually and in groups, you will fit well into our work team. There will be four students in the age range of 11–15 years.

In this role, you will:

• Provide support to students with various disabilities, individually and in groups.
• Plan teaching together with colleagues based on the curriculum.
• Adapt teaching, learning environment, and communication.
• Work with pedagogical mapping, documentation, and follow-up.
• Support students' development based on their individual prerequisites.

You document and follow up on students' development and communicate with the principal, students, and guardians.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, structured, and focused on each student's development.

Qualifications

• You are a preschool teacher or resource pedagogue.

In addition, we want you to:

• Have high expectations of the students and their ability to develop.
• Have clear leadership, be responsible, organized, and results-oriented.
• Be a relationship builder with a low-affective approach.
• Be sensitive to each student's prerequisites and needs.
• Stimulate students' curiosity and desire to learn.
• Have good cooperation skills and flexibility.

You have a good ability to create relationships, communicate with students, guardians, and colleagues, and work based on the school's governing documents. You contribute to collegial learning and share your experiences.

Personal suitability is highly valued as we value solution-oriented thinking and good cooperation skills.

No experience is required. However, experience is always meritorious, especially if it has made you a better preschool teacher/resource pedagogue.
