To our client, a lively and cheerful man in his 50s living in his own apartment in central Jönköping, we are looking for positive and engaged personal assistants. About the position

Assistance with all aspects of daily life, including personal care, household management, cooking, shopping, etc., as well as help with planning activities and maintaining contact with friends and relatives. Interests include music, outdoor activities, socializing with friends, hockey, and other sports. The client attends day activities partially without assistance during the day.

Requirements

You are a man or woman who is responsible, engaged, empathetic, mature, and attuned to the client's needs and wishes. The ability to collaborate with colleagues and relatives is important. The tasks require the ability to listen and work according to the client's wishes, but it is also important to be able to take initiative when necessary. It is an advantage if you are in good physical shape so you can keep up with activities and provide support. Shorter trips during work may occur, and you will accompany the client as an assistant.

If you have a background as a personal assistant or in other care-related professions, it is an advantage, but the greatest emphasis is placed on your personal suitability. Documentation is part of the role, so proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

• A fixed-term employment at 50%.
• Working hours include night shifts (20–24 hours) with waiting time/on-call duty. Split shifts are also available if needed.
• We offer an introduction and the opportunity to shadow the current assistant, starting as agreed.
