BXB is in an exciting phase of development and is now looking for a dedicated employee.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role includes, among other things:

• Daily contact with customers and suppliers via phone and email
• Handling and administration of customer orders
• Conducting purchases and managing supplier invoices
• Planning, monitoring, and following up on deliveries
• Ongoing maintenance of registers

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have previous experience with administrative tasks, preferably in a role involving order processing, customer service, or purchasing. Experience from backoffice, inside sales, or similar roles is particularly advantageous.

You are accustomed to working in digital environments and have good system understanding. Previous experience with business systems is considered a major advantage, as the role involves daily handling of order flows, article registers, deliveries, and invoices.

To succeed in the role, we also see that you have:

• Good administrative skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and Word
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with customer and supplier contacts is advantageous

We are in an exciting growth phase and are now looking for another colleague to join our team – a Backoffice employee with their own area of responsibility and an important role in our continued development.

The work is on-site in Ljungarum, Jönköping. The position is a full-time role.
