We are looking for a personal assistant for our client in Kristianstad with extensive horse experience. This is a temporary position with the possibility of transitioning to a 50% part-time role in the future. The candidate must be female, as our client feels most comfortable with women.

Your daily work consists of tasks in the client's home, as well as accompanying the client to their workplace, volunteer assignments, and leisure activities. The client is sensitive to scents, so it is important that your workplace is smoke- and scent-free.

You will be offered friendly colleagues and an active client who truly appreciates their assistants. You will receive individualized introduction and training regarding all aspects of the client's care needs and routines.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

As a person, you are calm, meticulous, perceptive, flexible, empathetic, responsible, and positive. You have a good sense of humor. You are not allergic to cats, dogs, or horses. You must be able to read situations and know when to step back to give the client space when needed. You are accustomed to following instructions but are also comfortable waiting until your help is required.

In addition to reading the client's needs, you must be able to read horses. Since horses are a major interest for the client, you need to anticipate situations during riding to avoid dangerous scenarios. You will also help the client avoid situations involving scents that the client cannot tolerate.

Flexibility regarding working hours is required, as the work group covers staffing when someone is sick or on vacation – we support our client and each other.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Work experience as a personal assistant.
• Own car.

Requirements

• Horse experience and the ability to read horses.
• Ability to cycle and swim.
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
• Valid driver's license.

Working Hours/Employment Degree

• Hourly employment with the possibility of a 50% part-time position.
• Start immediately.
• Working hours are primarily between 07:30–23:00, usually split across afternoons, and adapted to the client's schedule.
• Weekend work and overnight stays in other locations may occur.
