ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Support Technician at Insera, you are offered an important and central role in the company. You are the one receiving questions from customers when something needs to be resolved. Sometimes you can help directly, and other times you forward the case to a colleague. Regardless, you ensure that the issue is resolved and that the customer feels secure throughout the process.
You will work with support for Insera's BI system – Insight. The system is used by both private and public organizations for analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Your job will be to help customers and users with questions about the system, big or small.
As a Support Technician, your tasks include:
- Handling incoming cases in the support system and via phone.
- Independently solving technical issues, such as permission changes, navigation in the system, or report adjustments.
- Routing more complex cases to developers and/or application consultants.
- Proactively following up with customers after implementations or updates. We see this proactive customer care as a very important part of the role.
You will gradually build a deeper product knowledge and thus grow in the role to better assist both customers and the business. You always have a team of experienced consultants and developers behind you – but you are the one holding the dialogue with the customer and ensuring they have a really good experience!
WHO YOU ARE
The role of Support Technician suits you if you like helping others and are not afraid to make new contacts. You have strong social skills, thrive on meeting people, and are not afraid to pick up the phone to follow up or solve problems.
We are looking for someone with previous work experience in support or customer service. You also have a strong technical understanding and interest in technology, systems, and problem-solving. To succeed in the role, we believe you have a strong desire to learn new things, to familiarize yourself with our system, and to develop customer relationships.
We value that you, as a person, like to take initiative, are proactive, and want to develop together with us!
In addition to the above, we see that you have:
- A high school education in IT or equivalent.
- Very good computer and system proficiency.
- Fluent knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

Start date: As soon as possible or as agreed.
Location: The work is performed from the office in Norrköping, with some possibility of remote work up to 2 days/week.
