RESPONSIBILITIES

Malungsfors School is looking for a teacher for grades Pre-K to 3 (F-3).

Malungsfors School has approximately 30 students and 5 staff members. The school is organized in a B-form structure.

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with the qualifications to teach grades F-3 based on experience. You need to have basic qualifications as well as qualifications in Physical Education and Health, and Music. The role involves planning, implementing, and following up on your teaching and the students' learning. You take an active role and develop the operations together with the entire school team.

In our pedagogical framework, which covers everything from interaction, accessibility, motivation, and collaboration to a holistic view, the student is always at the center!

You maintain close collaboration with the students' guardians and other important people in the students' network. You participate in and drive pedagogical meetings together with both colleagues at the school and other collaborative partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who want to make a difference and who have strong confidence in the student's competence and who are passionate about developing every student. You are positive and solution-focused. You find it easy to collaborate with students, colleagues, parents, and other professionals surrounding the students. You have a strong motivation for learning and preferably knowledge of special education that gives students motivation to learn. You have a teaching license.

As a person, you are structured, unpretentious, and flexible. You have a clear and low-affect interaction style. You have the ability to see students' different needs and strengths, as well as to steer and follow up on operations based on the school's pedagogical goals, vision, and economic frameworks. You need to be able to think outside the box, be inventive, brave, and imaginative.

If you also have good knowledge of reading acquisition and have worked with students with NPD diagnoses, students with social difficulties, and have special education in your education, then you might be the one we are looking for. But if you are a recent graduate, you are of course also welcome to apply for the position.
