You are a young, social, and confident young woman. You enjoy working with young people, are stimulating, and responsible. Since this young woman is eager to develop, we would like you to have an interest in pedagogy and training through play. The young woman is happy, social, and has a lovely personality with a great interest in singing and music. We are therefore looking for someone who is like-minded, outgoing, cheerful, and lively.

Experience from working with children and/or care is advantageous. You are also engaged, inventive, independent, and have good initiative-taking skills. Structure, order, and tidiness are other valuable qualities that will come in handy in this work.

It is very important that you take responsibility and are proactive. Heavy lifting occurs. Experience in similar tasks is advantageous but not a requirement. We would like you to work with us in the long term. We are looking for a personal assistant, female, to join a team of several assistants to work with a happy and playful 23-year-old young woman with functional variations.

Your duties include helping her home from Day Activity Center, evening routines, medication, transfers, exercise, etc., but above all, providing playful and developmental moments. Working hours are weekdays from 16:30 to 20:30. In addition, weekend work with varying times and occasional nights are included.

This position requires fluent Swedish, as the young woman otherwise has difficulty communicating.

Since the residence is located in Smedslätten, Bromma, it may be an advantage if you live in the surrounding area. As the family also spends part of the summer on Gotland, there is an opportunity to follow them to the summer house. Employment according to an agreed schedule with a start as soon as possible. We offer introduction and training.
