Our client is a cheerful and social 20-year-old woman living with her family in Habo. We are now looking for several personal assistants to join our team. There are opportunities for various part-time positions with working hours during the day, evenings, and night shifts (awake nights). Start date is immediate or by agreement. We also have a need for hourly substitute assistants.

About the position

As a personal assistant, your workplace is wherever the client is – at home, at work, and during activities outside the home. The client has extensive care needs and requires 24/7 assistance due to an illness requiring continuous supervision and support.

As a day-time personal assistant, your duties include, among other things:

• supporting in daily activities and personal care
• being attentive to the client's needs and well-being
• contributing to a safe, active, and meaningful daily life
• accompanying the client to activities, social gatherings, and excursions

The work requires presence, a sense of responsibility, and good cooperation with both the client and her family.

About the client

The client enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to town, and swimming. Music is a major interest; she plays piano in a band every week. As an assistant, you will become an important part of her daily life, independence, and sense of security.

Who are you?

Working as a personal assistant is both meaningful and responsible. We are looking for someone who:

• is calm, secure, and possesses good personal maturity
• laughs easily and has a positive attitude
• can remain calm even in stressful situations
• is flexible, perceptive, and respectful

Experience in personal assistance or other care work is meritorious but not a requirement. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and the match between you, the client, and her family.

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Non-smoker
• No pet allergies (there is a dog in the home)
