As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for the operations in Värnamo and lead the work forward together with your team.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring high quality in our services according to SoL and HSL

• Leading, supporting, and developing employees

• Creating structure, clarity, and a good work environment

• Monitoring operations and driving development

You are also part of our operational management group and contribute to our continued expansion.

Have the right competence – but also the right drive and values.

Requirements:

• Educated as a Social Worker

• Fluent in Swedish (speaking and writing)

• Hold a Category B driver's license

In this role, you work in an operation that includes services in people's homes. Therefore, a background check according to law (2026:43) will be conducted during the recruitment process.
