About the Role

We are seeking technically proficient and engaged support technicians for a Service Desk in Östersund. As a support technician, you will provide technical support in a pedagogical manner, guiding customers via telephone, email, and other communication channels.

Please note: The role involves shift work, and travel may be required for training purposes.

Requirements and Merits:

• High school diploma, preferably within the IT field.
• Experience working in a Service Desk or other Back Office functions within IT is considered highly advantageous.
• You are a stable and confident person with strong communication skills, capable of conducting constructive dialogues with customers and colleagues.

System knowledge considered advantageous:

A security clearance (UC) and a criminal record extract are required upon employment.
