Our client is now seeking driven IT Support Technicians to join their wonderful team in Östersund. Are you technically curious, service-oriented, and eager to continue developing your technical skills?

As a 1st Line Support specialist, you are the company's first and most important point of contact for technical support – a role offering great variety, responsibility, and opportunities to grow within IT. In this position, you provide professional, solution-focused support to users across various clients. You help resolve technical issues, manage accounts, and assist with hardware and system solutions – always with a high level of service spirit.

Your primary tools are the telephone and ticketing systems, where you quickly and efficiently receive incoming tickets and ensure every customer receives the right assistance.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide users regarding technical questions
• Troubleshooting and support within Windows, Microsoft 365, and its applications
• Manage and document tickets in the ticketing system
• Troubleshooting of hardware and software
• Account administration in Active Directory and Entra ID

About You

This position suits you if you have a strong interest in IT and service and thrive in a customer-facing role. You want to work in an engaged and competent team with shared goals. You have good technical understanding and experience in technical support or a similar role. Furthermore, you are fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written) and can communicate well in English.

Start: Immediate start, subject to notice period. The assignment is full-time and permanent.
