Our client is now looking for driven IT Support Technicians to join their wonderful team based in Östersund. Are you technically curious, service-oriented, and eager to continue developing your technical skills?

As a 1st Line Support, you are the company's first and most important contact point for technical support – a role with great variation, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow within IT. In this role, you provide professional and solution-focused support to users at various clients. You help resolve technical issues, manage accounts, and assist with support regarding hardware and system solutions – always with a high sense of service.

Your primary tools are the phone and ticket management system, where you quickly and efficiently receive incoming cases and ensure that each customer gets the right help.

• Support and guide users on technical issues

• Troubleshooting and support within Windows and Microsoft 365 and its applications

• Manage and document cases in the ticket management system

• Troubleshooting hardware and software

• Account administration in Active Directory and EntraID

This position is suitable for someone with a strong interest in IT and service who thrives in a customer-facing role. You want to work in an engaged and competent team with common goals. You have a good technical understanding and experience in technical support or a similar role. Furthermore, you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and can communicate well in English.

As a person, we see that you are self-driven and proactive, enjoying freedom with responsibility. You are communicative and service-oriented, with a good ability to collaborate with others. You work structured and efficiently even in a fast-paced environment and have a clear solution-oriented approach.
