RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for an experienced and engaged Information Security Officer/CISO who wants to take overall responsibility for developing and establishing our information security work. This is a role for you who is motivated by building, influencing, and creating structure in an organization where much is still in its infancy.

Here, you get a unique opportunity to shape the work forward and at the same time contribute to raising the entire organization's digital maturity.

As CISO here, you will have strategic and operational responsibility for information security. You will:

• Establish structure, governance, and working methods within information security
• Drive work with policies, guidelines, and risk management
• Support operations in understanding and implementing security requirements in practice
• Raise awareness and create a security culture in the organization
• Be a natural advisor to management and operations
• Collaborate with external actors, authorities, and partners

This is a role where you combine strategy with hands-on work and where you get to build something that truly makes a difference.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is experienced in information security, but above all, a person who can translate knowledge into real change.

Furthermore, you have experience working with information security in a leading or advisory role.

You have worked with building up or developing security work in organizations and have a good understanding of regulations, governance, and risk management.

You are accustomed to working in complex environments with many stakeholders.

Your personal qualities are crucial, and to succeed in the role, you need to be:

• Relationship-building and empathetic: You build trust at all levels and bring the organization along, even where maturity levels are low.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented: You see what is "good enough" here and now and can prioritize correctly in a reality where everything is not perfect.
• Pedagogical and communicative: You can explain complex security issues in a simple and clear way, so that the entire organization understands and can act.
• Egoless and driven: You roll up your sleeves when needed and take responsibility for getting things done without getting stuck in prestige.
