Our client in Östersund is looking for several IT support technicians for their service desk. You will become part of a great team where you work together to deliver world-class service.

Your Responsibilities

As an IT support technician, you will work in first-line support, helping users via phone and/or email with IT-related issues.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage user accounts in Active Directory
• Administer services in Microsoft 365
• Troubleshoot issues in a Windows environment
• Support customer-specific applications
• Receive and register cases in a case management system

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good technical understanding
• Enjoys helping others and strives to provide a good customer experience
• Is structured and has an easy time organizing your work, even at a high pace

Requirements

• Good knowledge of tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Teamviewer
• Practical experience in IT support and/or service desk
• High communicative and pedagogical ability
• Fluent in Swedish and English – both spoken and written

Background Check

A background check is conducted for this position before employment. This means we perform a UC check and request an extract from the criminal record register, which must be free of remarks.

Salary: For this role, we apply a salary range of 21,300–24,000 SEK/month, depending on experience, competence, and collective agreement.
