We are now looking for a confident and experienced support technician with team leader responsibilities for a client in Östersund. In this role, you will handle cases escalated from 1st line, managing everything from basic support queries to advanced troubleshooting at the 2nd–3rd line level, while simultaneously leading and supporting the team in their daily work.

You will work in a security-classified environment where structure, precision, and quality are central.

Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve escalated cases.

  • Troubleshoot and drive complex cases to resolution.

  • Lead, coordinate, and create structure in the team's daily work.

  • Support colleagues with technical questions and ensure progress.

We are looking for you who
  • Have previous experience in a team leader role and are confident in leading daily team operations.

  • Have excellent troubleshooting skills and drive cases through to completion.

  • Are structured, self-initiating, and accustomed to a high volume of incoming requests.

  • Communicate clearly in customer-facing situations.

  • Have good knowledge of Swedish and English.

  • Have several years of experience in technical support at the 3rd line level.

Technical Competencies
  • Windows Server and/or Linux.

  • Active Directory and GPO.

  • Cloud services (Azure, AWS, or similar).

  • Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).

  • Basic database knowledge.

Start: Immediately, subject to notice period.
