About the role

In this role, you work in an agile team together with designers, developers, and project managers. You participate in the entire delivery cycle, from early customer dialogues and needs analysis to implementation, testing, and operations. The work alternates between hands-on work in the codebase and strategic advisory regarding architecture, prioritization, and technical choices.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing technical solutions that meet the customer's business needs.

• Participating in technical decisions and contributing to architecture, code quality, and scalability.

• Driving technical improvement work and sharing knowledge within the team.

• Grounding solution proposals in conversations with the customer and contributing to prioritization.

• Ensuring quality through testing, CI/CD solutions, and a DevOps-oriented way of working.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is curious, solution-oriented, and enjoys close collaboration with the customer. You communicate well in Swedish and have the ability to both execute and direct technical work.

• At least 5 years of experience in development within complex projects.

• Good understanding of modern frameworks and development tools.

• Values quality, testability, and long-term sustainability in solutions.

• Ability to communicate technical issues to various stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with cloud services such as Azure or equivalent.

• Experience with test-driven development, CI/CD tools, and containerization (e.g., Docker).

• Experience with AI-driven development throughout the entire development chain.
