Our client in Östersund is looking for several IT Support Technicians for their service desk. You will become part of a great team where you will work together to deliver world-class service.

Your responsibilities

As an IT Support Technician, you will work in first-line support helping users via phone and/or email with IT-related issues.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage user accounts in Active Directory
• Administer services in Microsoft 365
• Troubleshoot issues in a Windows environment
• Support customer-specific applications
• Receive and register cases in a case management system

Your profile and qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have good technical understanding
• Enjoy helping others and strive to provide a good customer experience
• Are structured and have an easy time organizing your work, even at a high pace

Requirements

• Upper secondary education in IT
• Knowledge of technical tools/systems
• Have a genuine interest in technology and providing support
• Fluent in Swedish and English – both spoken and written

Background check

For this position, a background check is conducted before employment. This means that we perform a UC check and request an extract from the criminal record, which must be free of remarks.

Salary: Starting salary from 21,000 SEK/month, with the possibility of adjustment based on collective agreement and relevant experience.
