Competency Profile

We are looking for someone with 2–4 years of experience in system development who is ready for a new chapter. You do not need to have worked with ServiceNow before — the most important thing is a solid technical foundation and the willingness to continue developing.

What is important:

• 2–4 years of experience in system development — for example, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, HTML/CSS, or similar web technologies
• Basic understanding of how web-based systems and integrations work (REST, APIs, SOAP)
• You communicate well in Swedish and English
• You enjoy listening to customer needs and translating them into concrete solutions

These are merit-based but not required:

• Experience with ITSM platforms or similar tools (HP, BMC, IBM, CA, etc.)
• Experience with or curiosity about ServiceNow
• Previous consulting experience
• ServiceNow certification in any area
