About the Role

We are looking for an Onsite Technician who wants to work long-term and is passionate about providing stable and personal support. The role involves a lot of independent work where you plan, prioritize, and drive your work forward. You will become part of the customer's IT as a whole and collaborate with the team when needed, but your daily responsibilities are independent.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on user support for Windows, Mac, Chromebook, tablets, and printers

• Install, configure, and reinstall computers – both individually and in bulk

• Troubleshoot issues within clients, networks, printers, and applications

• Prepare, install, and deliver computers

• Contribute to or lead smaller projects once you are comfortable in the role

• Support back office and other IT functions as needed

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience as a support technician or IT technician (at least 2 years or more)

• Basic knowledge of Windows – and preferably also Mac or Chromebook

• The ability to troubleshoot logically, methodically, and solution-oriented

• Good structure and planning skills

• Driver's license – a requirement

• Willingness to travel for work when needed

The most important thing is that you want to grow into the role, thrive over time, and build a long-term collaboration.

Location

The position is located in Östersund.

You will work on-site at the customer, with support from the rest of the IT organization.
