System Developer with Focus on Integrations – Region Jämtland Härjedalen

We are now looking for a System Developer with a focus on integrations to join our Data and Automation team. This is a new role involving clear technical responsibility for the integration area as we strengthen our focus and prepare for future integration solutions.

You will work both independently and collaboratively within the team using an agile working method. The focus is on developing, maintaining, and ensuring the quality of integrations between business-critical systems – while also influencing what our future integration landscape will look like. You will play a key role in ensuring that data flows correctly between systems and that it is understandable, usable, and manageable in the long term.

Job Responsibilities

The role includes, among other things:

• Developing and maintaining integrations between different systems
• Taking technical responsibility for integration solutions and integration patterns
• Working with APIs (REST and SOAP) as well as handling file transfers
• Designing and developing data models
• Troubleshooting, documenting, and ensuring the quality of integrations
• Closely collaborating with the Data and Automation team as well as other parts of the organization
• Contributing to the agile working method and participating in joint planning and improvement

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a technical interest and want to work long-term with system development in a socially important operation.

We are looking for you who:

• have a relevant higher education, university, or vocational education (YH), or equivalent experience assessed by the employer as equivalent
• have experience as a system developer with a focus on integrations and/or data modeling
• can take clear technical responsibility and work in a structured manner
• have experience with, or a good ability to, collaborate with business personnel without a technical background and can translate business needs into technical solutions
• enjoy both independent work and teamwork
• express yourself well verbally and in writing in Swedish
