About the position
Our client is a wheelchair-using woman in her 30s living in her own apartment in central Jönköping. Due to her disability, she requires personal assistance around the clock. She enjoys being outdoors, listening to music, getting massages, and going for walks. As her personal assistant, you will accompany her through all aspects of daily life. Your duties include personal care, stretching, medication administration, tube feeding, and accompanying her to activities at day programs and various healthcare visits. Some physical tasks are included, but heavier lifting is done with a ceiling lift. Good physical fitness is an advantage.

Requirements
We are looking for someone who is stable and confident in themselves. You should have personal maturity, be a good team player, and enjoy going the extra mile for others. You are meticulous, flexible, and committed to building a long-term relationship to get to know our client. A nursing assistant education and/or experience in personal assistance, medical care, or other care work is desirable, as this is a medically complex role. Experience with tube feeding, epilepsy, and lift operation is a plus. To be considered for the position, you must have excellent command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and be a non-smoker.

• Part-time employment.
• Working hours: Days, evenings, and weekends. Shifts 07:15–15:45 or 09:45–20:15.
• Start date: June 1st.
• Introduction and shadowing with an experienced assistant before starting.
• Requirement: Minimum 1 year of prior experience in healthcare and social services.
