We are looking for a Project Controller specializing in development and urban planning. The assignment involves supporting project managers and project leaders in monitoring the economy, schedule, and quality within larger urban development and development projects. The role is central to ensuring that projects are conducted cost-effectively and according to set goals.

Responsibilities include among other things:

• Ensure that project economic monitoring is compiled, reported, and followed up according to established financial management principles.
• Prepare materials and analyses regarding the project's economic status, as well as identify and comment on deviations.
• Compile and quality-assure project managers' comments regarding economic deviations.
• Follow up on major deviations together with responsible project managers to ensure correct analysis and background.
• Identify the need for revised investment decisions and assist with decision-making materials.
• Assess risks related to time shifts in revenues and costs and contribute to updating forecasts.
• Act as a contact person for questions related to project economics towards internal finance functions.
• Develop and update routines and schedules for economic monitoring and reporting to the steering group.

Requirements:

• At least 9 years of experience in urban development.
• Relevant education in economics or equivalent.
• Documented experience as a project controller in urban construction projects for a public client (at least 5 years).
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Reference assignments and references: The experience must be verified by at least two relevant reference assignments containing:

• The assignment's name, type, scope, and value.
• Which consultants carried out the assignment.
• Description of planning, implementation, results, and follow-up.
• Time period (start and end dates).
• Contact details for the reference person (name, title, email, phone).

At least one reference assignment must concern work within the public sector. One reference person must be specified per assignment.
