ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Technical Project Manager at Zander & Ingeström, you are responsible for driving development and delivery projects of complex hardware systems from start to finish. The product consists of high-voltage boilers containing a whole infrastructure of technology, making the role broad, educational, and particularly suitable for you who have always had a passion for technology.

Approximately 40 people work at the company today, and in your team, you collaborate with competent colleagues within process, design, and project management. There is a clear forward momentum in the group, and the culture is characterized by positivity, energy, and passion for technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive technical projects from feasibility study to delivery and commissioning
• Responsible for planning, follow-up, and coordination
• Ensure that all functions work towards common goals and schedules
• Handle technical issues at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and customer requirements
• Contribute to developing structures and working methods for project management within the organization

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Have a post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Have a practical understanding of project management
• Have several years of experience working closely with hardware, for example within mechanics, production, or technical systems
• Enjoy working close to what is being built and following solutions all the way out into real operation
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English

As a person, you are structured and drive your work forward independently. At the same time, you have a practical approach and thrive close to technology, where you get to be involved in turning solutions into finished systems in reality. You are clear in your communication and have the ability to get different functions to work towards the same goal.
