About the role

As a Production Planning Administrator, you will become a key person in ensuring an efficient production flow at the facility in Örnsköldsvik. By combining administration with logistical understanding, you will directly contribute to optimizing work processes and solving daily challenges related to planning and logistics. You are expected to proactively identify potential problems in the flow and work solution-oriented to ensure that production proceeds according to plan.

This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and have the opportunity to work for one of our attractive partners. The assignment begins with a period of 6 months, with very good opportunities for extension and eventual permanent hiring – provided the collaboration works well for all parties. Responsibilities

• Support production in keeping backlogs and error logs at bay
• Work on problem-solving and streamlining administrative processes related to logistics
• Act as a central link between planning and logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

We are looking for you who

• Have a post-secondary education or equivalent experience in production and logistics
• Have good data skills and good familiarity with the Office suite, preferably Excel
• Preferably have experience with business systems, such as SAP

It is an advantage if you have:

• Previous experience working with logistics and planning
• Connection to/living in Umeå or Örnsköldsvik
