Your new role

We are now looking for a structured and driven PMO Coordinator. Here you will have a unique opportunity to work in a central function with significant impact on strategic initiatives and portfolio management.

You will work as part of a local PMO and support several Portfolio Leads in their daily work. The role is broad and varied, with a focus on coordination, structure, and communication.

You will become a key person in creating overview, ensuring uniform reporting, and contributing to driving the organization's strategic initiatives forward in an efficient manner.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer meetings, forums, and shared agendas
• Create, structure, and quality-assure presentation and decision-making materials
• Collect, consolidate, and follow up on the status of initiatives, ensuring uniform reporting
• Update roadmaps, planning, and create an overview of activities and priorities
• Support Portfolio Leads in their daily work and relieve them in coordination and structure
• Contribute to the standardization of working methods, documentation, and reporting formats
• Create clarity regarding deliverables in various forums and support investment planning
• Participate in the development and implementation of working methods, strategy, and Target Operating Model
• Act as a contact point towards different functions and contribute to collaboration across multiple portfolios and units
• Help structure and further develop the documentation of processes and working methods

To be successful in this role, you need

• Approx. 1–3 years of experience in project management, PMO, coordination, or similar
• Good proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and preferably Jira
• An interest in business development and governance
• Are communicative and thrive in a coordinating role with many contact surfaces
• Meritorious: experience from larger organizations or the financial sector.
