About the role
As a Payroll Administrator, you handle payroll for external client companies across various industries and company sizes. You are responsible for the entire payroll process, from collecting and quality-assuring payroll data to payroll runs, reporting, statistics, tax statements, and holiday year transitions. You serve in an advisory role to your clients, ensuring high-quality delivery that complies with current laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Collect and handle payroll data
- Conduct payroll runs
- Maintain ongoing client dialogue and act as an advisor on payroll-related matters
- Prepare reports and statistics
- Handle tax statements and holiday year transitions
We are looking for someone who
- Has a post-secondary education in payroll or equivalent work experience
- Has previous experience in payroll administration and feels confident in handling larger payroll runs
- Is fluent in Swedish and has good knowledge of English, as this is required in daily work
- Thrives in a role with responsibility and client contact
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience with the payroll system Agda PS
- Good knowledge of Excel
