About the Job

We are currently looking for two female personal assistants for a cheerful and social young woman living with her family in the lovely area of Trollbäcken in Tyresö. Due to her physical functional variations, she requires assistance in her daily life. She loves spending time with friends, listening to music, visiting youth centers, and enjoying a coffee now and then. She has lots of energy, is a positive person, and we hope you also enjoy being active and engaged!

About the Role

As an assistant, you will become her arms and legs and her support in communication. You will help her with daily tasks and accompany her during both daily activities and outings. Together, you will create a day filled with laughter, experiences, and community.

Sometimes there will also be activities outside the home. You should be social and flexible – your presence will be an important part of her security and joy in everyday life.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in helping others and who sees the beauty in being part of someone else's daily life. You are honest, reliable, and have a natural ability to create a warm and safe environment. You have good physical strength as both manual and equipment-assisted lifting is required, but above all, you have your heart in the right place.

It is also important that you are responsive and flexible – no two days are the same!

It is a plus if you have worked as an assistant before, but the most important thing is that you click and that you see her as the curious and joyful person she is. Your personality, empathy, and willingness to support her in both big and small matters, as well as being engaged and secure in your role, is what makes the difference.

Employment Level: 2 part-time positions approx. 75%, working hours are scheduled for days/every other weekend on a rolling roster.

Salary: Hourly wage is fixed according to agreement, and other benefits are provided according to collective agreements.

Start Date: According to agreement, valid for as long as the assistance assignment lasts.
