We are currently seeking temporary staff at Berglunda HVB, both to cover immediate needs and for the summer season. Berglunda is a residential home (HVB) in Eksjö that accepts adults aged 20 and over with various mental disabilities and harmful substance use or addiction. What do we do? At Nytida, you will meet people with various needs for support and care. It is about supporting adults with disabilities to have a meaningful daily life. Together, we do various activities, clean, go on outings, exercise, converse, and much more. We are looking for someone who wants to get to know, understand, and be part of another person's life.

About Berglunda HVB At Berglunda and Kompassen, there are approximately 30 employees (all employment forms) with extensive experience and knowledge to work with the target group. We have a good sense of community between work groups and collaborate between our three different departments. Our target group is interesting and educational to work with, and we learn new things every day in our meetings with our admitted clients. You have a manager close by who spends part of their time working in the operation. This can also be a future career opportunity for you.

Your experience and knowledge We believe that you, as an applicant:

• Are attracted to varied work that requires extensive knowledge of care and welfare and really enjoy meeting people in different situations.
• Are a creative person who dares to think independently and take responsibility.
• Enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.

We prefer that you are a qualified nursing assistant (undersköterska) or currently studying to become a treatment educator (behandlingspedagog), preferably with experience in psychiatry and substance abuse. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also advantageous. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
