Do you have experience leading and allocating work in construction contracts? We are now looking for skilled site supervisors for our growing team.

We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with requests from our clients and employers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at client sites. An arrangement where you invoice from your own company is also possible.

The Assignment

In the role of site supervisor, you will lead, plan, and manage daily production in various new build or renovation (ROT) projects. You are responsible for adhering to established frameworks regarding economy, quality, delivery time, and resource planning.

Competence

We are looking for someone with experience in new build and/or renovation (ROT) projects within residential housing. You have post-secondary education or equivalent experience in construction, as well as previous experience leading work in various contracts. At least 3 years of experience in the role of a site supervisor is desirable.

You are confident in your leadership role and practice inclusive leadership where delegation and personal responsibility are key pillars.

You should have good computer skills and be familiar with the most common digital tools on the market.
