Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in daily operations and follow up on projects throughout all stages of the production process: start, execution, and completion.
• Ensure projects are executed according to the client's expectations regarding technical performance, quality, environment, occupational health and safety, laws, and contracts.
• Drive occupational health and safety issues at work sites in accordance with the company's goals and action plans.
• Participate in creating schedules and ensuring they are aligned.
• Assist in work preparations together with project staff.
• Approve time reports for own personnel.
• Contribute to ensuring estimates and bids comply with decision-making procedures and profitability targets.
• Prepare production budgets, review invoices, and financial lists.
• Be responsible for the financial reconciliation of projects together with the Site Manager.
• Participate in bids and business closures, project reviews, construction meetings, and final meetings with the client.
• Optimally allocate resources within projects and assignments.
• Participate in project closures according to current routines and knowledge transfer within the site organization.

Qualifications

• Experience as a site manager in civil engineering and construction.
• Post-secondary education of at least two years is an asset.
• Good knowledge of technology, production, and production economics.
• Experience in personnel management and leading contracting operations.
• Knowledge of the entire contracting process within civil engineering and construction projects.
• Knowledge of IT tools.
• Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Class B driver's license.
