About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC technician for a growing company specializing in energy solutions. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal project teams to deliver high-quality installations. This is a permanent full-time position based in the Stockholm area. The recruitment is conducted confidentially on behalf of a client.

Responsibilities

• Installation, service, and maintenance of heat pump systems and related HVAC installations
• Troubleshooting and repairs as needed
• Documentation and reporting of completed work
• Collaboration with colleagues, project managers, and other professional groups on projects
• Ensuring work is performed in accordance with current industry regulations and quality standards

Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in the HVAC industry who thrives in a role with personal responsibility, customer contact, and varied tasks.

• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC or similar installation work
• Qualified HVAC technician with certification for Safe Water Installation (Säker Vatteninstallation)
• Good knowledge of Swedish building codes and safety regulations
• Valid B driver's license
• Independent, meticulous, and solution-oriented

Merits
