About the assignment

At Novare, we are a proud and approved supplier for one of the National Property Board's framework agreements. We are now looking for a Construction Project Manager for the National Board of Forensic Medicine in Stockholm.

The authority is currently in need of a project manager to work on three different projects. The projects involve securing new premises for the authority in various cities.

As a project manager at the authority, you will primarily work on and be responsible for the three projects. You will also act in a supportive and coaching capacity regarding construction contracting and premises.

For this position, we are looking for someone who is confident in their knowledge. You have solid experience in the field and work in a structured manner. Furthermore, we see that you are proactive, communicative, and collaborative.

Requirements for the position

• Documented knowledge of conducting public procurement of total contracts (design and build contracts) according to ABT06/ABPU25 for rental premises/lease agreements.
• Ability to work independently without detailed direction and understand both the big picture and the details in context.
• Ability to lead collaboration with the relevant work group in a structured, pedagogical manner within given timeframes.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Assignment period and scope

The assignment will vary during the assignment period from 20-100% (depending on the projects) during the period 2026-03-01–2026-08-31, with the possibility of extension. The location is at the authority in Stockholm with some possibility for remote work. Business travel may occur.
