Are you analytical and technically skilled, and looking for a role where you have significant influence on projects? We are currently seeking a Plumbing Estimator (RÖR-kalkylator) for a stable company that has experienced steady growth over several years and continues to expand.

About the role

As a Plumbing Estimator with us, you will work in the early stages of projects. Your main responsibility is to produce precise estimates and innovative technical solutions based on A-drawings and tender documents, primarily within total contracting. Since you often work with incomplete documentation, you are expected to make qualified assumptions and independently design system solutions and layouts before quantifying and pricing the work.

You will also serve as a key link in the design phase, contributing an estimation perspective and influencing material choices and technical solutions through dialogue with designers and consultants to ensure both quality and profitability.

Your responsibilities

• Develop estimates and technical system solutions in early project stages.
• Make qualified assessments and design solutions when documentation is incomplete.
• Quantify and price your own system solutions.
• Participate in and influence the design process based on estimation conditions.
• Ensure cost-effective solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Manage contacts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Oversee the entire tendering process – from inquiry to final bid.

Requirements and qualifications

• Experience as an estimator within the plumbing sector.
• Good technical understanding and ability to dimension systems.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Excel, and estimation software (e.g., BidCon or Wikells).
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Merits: Background as an HVAC designer, consultant, or project manager, as well as an engineering degree.
