Rekrytering Stockholm Byrå AB is currently recruiting experienced site construction workers (markanläggare) for permanent employment on behalf of our client.

The construction group has been active in site construction since 1957 and possesses extensive experience in the field from A to Z, i.e., from design and planning to the completion of house foundations, asphalt surfaces, and stone paving in both residential association courtyards, parks, and villas.

We are constantly growing but choose to take it slow. Therefore, we are looking for staff with social competence and broad experience who can quickly get up to speed with projects and understand customer needs.

Who we are looking for:

We place great emphasis on you being meticulous, having genuine professional pride, and a sense for customer interaction.

The tasks consist of all types of construction work, including stone setting, excavation, asphalt paving, carpentry, and the installation of playground and park equipment.

You must have at least 1 year of documented training as a construction worker or equivalent, and at least 3 years of experience with various types of site work and customer interaction. We are looking for someone who is driven, engaged, takes initiative, and is technically inclined. Any form of specialized training, advanced courses, or machine operator licenses are meritorious. The employment type can be either permanent or seasonal, depending on your qualifications.

As a person, you are independent and communicate in an open, unpretentious manner. You have good social competence, are attentive to the needs of the business, and naturally understand customer benefits. You thrive in a flat, communicative, and dynamic organization with quick decision-making processes.
