Concrete Core Drilling Technician at 355 Concrete Drilling – Help Build the Future!

355 Concrete Drilling is a growing company founded in 2022. We specialize in demolition and concrete core drilling services. We work with clients throughout the Greater Stockholm area and are known for our punctuality, professional pride, and high quality in every project we undertake. We have become a valued partner in both small and large construction projects.

We are now looking for you who want to join our journey of expansion and work with concrete core drilling and demolition in an engaged and cohesive team.

The team is small and currently consists of 3 skilled and driven tradespeople who value collaboration, responsibility, and quality. You will work closely with the others and have significant responsibility for planning and executing your own assignments. Your work will take place in residential areas, public environments, and construction sites, providing a varied daily routine.

As a concrete core drilling technician, you will among other things:

• Perform core drilling in concrete, brick, and other hard materials
• Use equipment such as core drills, saws, and vehicle-mounted machinery
• Prepare and plan assignments, including materials and machinery
• Document work and report deviations
• Work independently on-site at customer locations
• Act as the face of the company towards our clients

Desired Profile

• At least 1 year of experience in concrete core drilling or a similar trade
• Valid Driver's License Category B
• Good physical health – the work is physically demanding
• Good knowledge of Swedish or English
• Experience working independently in the field

We believe you are a self-motivated and solution-oriented person who enjoys taking responsibility. You are punctual, detail-oriented, and have good material knowledge. Since you often work directly at customer sites, it is important that you are service-oriented and understand the value of professional conduct. You are communicative and flexible as you work in a small team that will grow. You thrive with mobile and physical work and are willing to pitch in when needed. Prioritizing safety is a given for you.

Merits if you:

• Have certificates in core drilling or concrete work
• Have training in safe lifting, hot work, or mobile platforms
• Have ID 06 (Swedish identity check for construction)

Other Information:

Start: As soon as possible.

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, approx. 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00.

Location: Based from Botkyrka or your home, work is performed on-site at customer locations.

Employment Type: Full-time with a 6-month probation period.
