Prolog operates within three business areas: change management, competence development, and process leadership.
As a consultant at Prolog, you will work with change management, competence development, and process leadership across various business areas, assignments, and projects. Part of the work will be carried out at the customer's site, and you will operate across all organizational levels within our clients' companies.
Responsibilities
- Operational leadership of customers through various change processes
- Analyze and develop business and management processes
- Conduct training sessions and workshops in areas such as Lean, Partnering/Collaboration, and Planning/Logistics
- Conduct interviews and work meetings
- Prepare reports, action plans, and presentations

Education: Newly graduated Civil Engineer, preferably with a focus on Urban Planning, Road and Water Engineering, or Industrial Economics.
Competencies and Traits: We are looking for someone who takes initiative, starts activities, and delivers results. You are a team player with high social competence and thrive on challenges. It is of utmost importance that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong analytical abilities.
Furthermore, you are responsible, receptive, and unpretentious. You enjoy close customer contact, can work in parallel on multiple projects, and participate actively in sales processes. The position is a probationary full-time role based in Stockholm or Malmö. The role involves travel within Sweden.
