We are in an exciting phase of development and are looking for Project Managers for both southern and northern Stockholm. We are looking for you who want to help build our new operations south of the city from the ground up, as well as you who want to lead our projects north of Stockholm. Regardless of the role, you will drive important development and water/sewage (VA) projects and influence our continued development.

Manage the business and steer projects towards set goals

As a Project Manager, you take overall responsibility for the projects and drive them forward towards our common goals. You build strong relationships and contribute to our joint development with our customers.

In the district's management group, you help set the direction forward, in close collaboration with the District Manager. We want to be at the forefront and create a culture characterized by lack of pretension, collaboration, and engagement.

You are responsible for the business and production throughout the entire project journey, from bidding to handover and warranty period. You ensure that we create value for the customer and that the project reaches its economic and production goals.

By providing your employees with good conditions for learning, health, and inclusion, you build teams that function and grow. Together with the Production Manager, you form work groups that perform sustainably and safely. In this role, you also help strengthen a culture where diversity, inclusion, climate-smart community building, and safety are natural parts of our daily lives.

Experienced Project Manager with a communicative leadership style

We are looking for you who work in a structured manner and thrive in social settings where you meet different people. You have an empathetic and receptive approach and enjoy collaborating and building relationships through the different phases of the projects. At the same time, you have natural drive, appreciate new challenges, and are motivated by creating results together with others.

You are curious, want to develop, and have an easy time seeing the big picture, from planning and communication to implementation. Your ability to express yourself clearly and inclusively helps you reach out and create understanding. You also have very good leadership skills and create good conditions for employees through a focus on development, learning, health, and inclusion.

Requirements for the position:

• At least five years of experience in projects within civil engineering or building operations
• At least two years of experience in the role of Project Manager
• Previous experience working in VA (water/sewage) projects
• Experience in project economics, both in running accounts and bill-of-quantities contracts
• Technical university degree or vocational education
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Good IT skills
• Category B driver's license

It is meritorious if you have worked in cross-functional teams and are accustomed to collaborating with various stakeholders, both internally and externally. Experience from production, for example as a Production Manager or Project Engineer, is seen as a plus. If you also have an established network in the industry and experience with projects with high sustainability requirements, it is also advantageous.
