In this role, you drive projects that create the right conditions for a growing organization with high demands on security, structure, and long-term sustainability. You work in an environment where local supply is an important part of the operation's development, and where projects range from minor adaptations to larger establishments.
You will become a key person in a program that gathers and develops local projects based on a long-term and sustainable local strategy. Here you get to combine practical implementation with strategic work, close dialogue with the operation, and great responsibility for the whole. The role suits you who enjoy keeping many stakeholders together and driving projects forward with both structure and business acumen. Responsibilities- You drive and coordinate local and property projects from the early stage to completion, or are responsible for sub-projects and tasks within larger initiatives.
- You plan, execute, and follow up on projects with a focus on administrative premises, such as offices and storage.
- You conduct local searches for new establishments and needs for expanded spaces.
- You lead rent negotiations with selected landlords and work with the review of lease agreements.
- You create need descriptions and specifications for the implementation of local projects.
- You are responsible for the project's schedule, budget, resources, results, and ongoing prioritizations.
- You report status, progress, and decision-making materials to program management as well as steering and leadership groups.
- You update project status in Antura and handle risks according to established routines.
- You contribute to strategic issues related to local programs and local projects and collaborate with operations, property owners, and contractors.
- Completed civil engineering degree in road and water construction, civil engineering, architecture, or surveying.
- At least 10 years of work experience in the role of project manager.
- At least 5 years of work experience in project management within tenant adaptation of commercial premises or offices.
- At least 5 years of work experience in line work or process development work related to property and local projects.
- Work experience in driving at least two local projects from the early stage to completion with full time, resource, communication, budget, and calculation responsibility.
- Work experience in rental law, negotiation, and review of lease agreements in at least two assignments.
- Work experience in having acted as a tenant representative in at least two projects, acting as a bridge between property owners, tenants, and contractors.
- Work experience in having worked in at least one project with security-sensitive operations according to the Security Protection Act.
- Work experience in having reported and prepared materials for steering and leadership groups.
- Ability to undergo and pass a security check (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)
- Work experience in having worked on an office project for a tenant in the public sector in at least one project in the last 5 years.
- Work experience in having worked on security-sensitive operations according to the Security Protection Act in at least one project in the last 3 years, in addition to the above-mentioned experience.
- Work experience in having worked on strategic issues related to local programs and local projects and having been involved in authoring such strategies in at least two assignments.
