Do you want to take a key role in an established company within the construction and assembly industry? We are now looking for a Foreman who wants to be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading assembly and construction projects in the Stockholm area.

About the Role

As a Foreman, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading daily operations within construction and installation projects. You ensure that projects are carried out according to schedule, budget, and set quality requirements while supporting fitters and subcontractors in their daily work.

The role involves many contact points where you collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and internal functions. You are responsible for resource planning, monitoring project progress, and handling deviations and complaints. In addition, you have personnel responsibility and work actively to create a safe, secure, and well-functioning work environment.

More specifically, the role includes:

• Planning, coordinating, and following up on construction and installation projects
• Leading fitters and subcontractors
• Ensuring quality, work environment, and delivery according to schedule
• Maintaining ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Handling deviations, complaints, and personnel administration
• Contributing to the development of routines and working methods

About You

We are looking for you who have experience in a supervisory role within the construction or installation industry and thrive in a daily routine where you combine leadership, planning, and problem-solving. You have a structured approach to work, are accustomed to prioritizing between several parallel projects, and are driven by creating efficient processes and good results.

As a person, you are confident in your leadership and have good communication skills. You build trusting relationships with both employees, customers, and partners, and you collaborate easily while daring to make decisions when the situation requires it.

The following are requirements for the position:

• Construction technical education or equivalent experience
• Experience from a supervisory or project management role in construction or installation
• Knowledge of AMA, ÄTA, and contract law (AB/ABT)
• Good computer skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Very good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
